First Day - This tour starts in Buenos Aires 05 February 2024. Flights can arrive any time however, we recommend to arrive by 3pm to join the welcome reception.
Last day - This tour finishes 16 February 2024 at Buenos Aires Aeroparque Airport at approximately 5.30pm. When booking departure Flights they must depart after 9.30pm. Post night in Buenos Aires recommended as unscheduled delays are common.

Travel Notes:
• This tour starts and finishes in Buenos Aires
• Last Day - Departure transfers from Aeroparque & post accommodation in Buenos Aires are available to purchase, please advise at time of booking
• Flights Buenos Aires to Ushuaia return are included in the tour price.

• A copy of Passport is required with deposit. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of return home.
• If the passport details are changed/updated after this time that we must be notified immediately and both old & new passport must be brought on tour
• Comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement for Antarctica with a minimum cover of USD200,000 for possible evacuation.
• Throughout South America, twin bedded accommodation is common and double beds are either not available or limited availability. If you have requested a double bed we will endeavour to meet your request but please note this may not always be possible.

Travel Insurance is not included in your holiday package. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking that includes (without limitation) coverage for the cost of your holiday package, medical expenses, COVID-19, loss of luggage, cruise and land content and airfare charges that may occur due to cancellation, impossibility of performance or other frustration, disruption, loss of deposit or strikes.

You are required to advise if there are any health, fitness or mobility conditions for any passenger on this booking. We will assume all passengers are in good health and we are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of enjoyment which could have been reasonably prevented had we been made aware of an existing condition and been provided an opportunity to review their case prior to booking. Should the circumstances change for any passenger on this booking at any stage prior to departure, it is your responsibility to advise us. We will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation penalties or the return of passengers from a tour, and a refund for lost touring cannot be claimed.
