We’re thrilled to introduce Shelley Williams, the latest addition to the Cruise Deals team! Though new to our agency, Shelley is certainly no stranger to the world of cruising. As a CLIA Cruise Master, she brings an impressive depth of knowledge and experience, having cruised with Princess, MSC, Carnival, Avalon, and P&O across diverse destinations including the Mediterranean, European rivers, South Pacific, and Australia.
Let’s get to know Shelley a little better with a few questions:
What’s your favourite cruise destination and why?
Shelley: “I absolutely love river cruising in Europe! There’s so much history, and it’s wonderful to wake up in a beautiful village each day and take a bike out to explore.”
Do you have a favourite cruise line?
Shelley: “Each line has its own unique charm! I’d love to try AmaWaterways and Viking for river cruises, a Holland America cruise tour in Alaska, an Azamara port-intensive journey around Greece and Croatia, and a few expedition lines before I can decide. But for now, I’d say MSC stands out for offering incredible value and some stunning new ships.”
What’s your favourite cruise ship?
Shelley: “Carnival Spirit! My family loved the fun vibe onboard, plus the endless free ice cream and pizza!”
Any exciting cruise trips coming up?
Shelley: “Yes! I’m headed to the Caribbean for Christmas aboard Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas after a U.S. road trip. Then, in cherry-blossom season next year, I’ll be on MSC Bellissima for a cruise around Japan!”
